Awards Received by Dennis J. Wall, Esquire

ONE SOLE PRACTITIONER FROM AMONG THOUSANDS OF ATTORNEYS has again been selected by the Lawyers of Florida to be included among "Florida Super Lawyers 2008" repeating his selection last year among "Florida Super Lawyers 2007" for the area of Insurance Coverage, and that is Dennis J. Wall of Winter Springs. In fact, of the all lawyers selected in the Insurance Coverage category, Dennis Wall is the only sole practitioner.

Concentrating since 1978 on Insurance Coverage and Insurance Good Faith and Fair Dealing, I had no contacts with "Florida Super Lawyers" this year or in 2007, just as I had no contacts with Florida Trend in 2006 and their "Elite" listing of Insurance Lawyers. Neither magazine consulted me before their recognition, and I did not know either recognition was coming my way until they each advised me it was done. These honors were unexpected and are gratefully appreciated.--Dennis Wall.

CHOSEN BY THE INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR CONFLICT PREVENTION & RESOLUTION ("CPR") FOR PANELS OF DISTINGUISHED NEUTRALS to mediate Insurance disputes and to mediate Insurance Coverage. The "CPR," as it calls itself, is headquartered in New York, New York. In June, 2007, the CPR selected DENNIS WALL for appointment as a neutral mediator to both of the above Neutral Panels.
