Dennis J. Wall is a published author, speaker and consultant on the subjects of insurance coverage and insurer bad faith. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Florida School of Law. He completed advanced research in Tort and Contract Law at Emmanuel College, Cambridge University, England.

Dennis's book, Litigation and Prevention of Insurer Bad Faith, Second Edition (Shepard's /McGraw-Hill Companies Second Edition; 2009 Supplement West Publishing Co.) annually, describes in one place all the features of bad faith law. This Book is the product of three decades of research and analysis. In it, Dennis Wall analyzes over 3,700 Cases, Statutes and other legal authorities published in 1,339 printed pages and 14 Chapters addressing 365 Sections of Insurance issues, plus 11 Appendixes, in Print and Online. There are more than 90 "Quick-Scan" summary text points and checklists. AMERICAN LAW INSTITUTE ELECTION.  On December 6, 2009 DENNIS WALL was elected to the American Law Institute. The ALI is made up of over 4,000 judges and lawyers of the highest qualifications. One of the most prestigious organizations open to selected lawyers, the ALI is the leading independent organization in the United States dedicated to producing quality work to clarify and modernize the law and to make the law work better.

AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION SELECTS DENNIS WALL TO BE CO-CHAIR, HEALTH, LIFE AND DISABILITY INSURANCE SUBCOMMITTEE.   DENNIS WALL has been appointed Co-Chair of the American Bar Association Subcommittee on Health, Life and Disability Insurance. The A.B.A. appointment is for a two-year term, through 2011.

ONE SOLE PRACTITIONER FROM AMONG THOUSANDS OF ATTORNEYS has again been selected by the Lawyers of Florida to be included among "Florida Super Lawyers 2009" repeating his selection for each of the past three years running among "Florida Super Lawyers 2009" DENNIS WALL was selected by his peers for the area of Insurance Coverage.
